Someone posted a forum topic but now it's just a 404 page. How do I delete this topic?

Permalinks or urls setup is wrong.
Main forum page is:
https://www.earthshipseattle.org/earthship-discussion-forum/
But a Forum is:
https://www.earthshipseattle.org/discussions/ main-forum/who-would-like-to-build-an-earthship-of-their-own-some-day/
This is TOTALLY wrong.
(what i posted in BOLD should be the same)
