[Solved] How to drop the PM/AM time format?

I got an issue: Apparently the wpforo plugin set the time as pm or am (of course depending on the time) rather than as 22:00 or 23:00 etc. My site is in Norwegian and we do not use AM or PM here. I've already checked that the wordpress settings are correct and they are, but it don't seems to have impacted how the wpforo display the time.

It's says 10:29pm but it should have said 22:29.

Hi @fredrikwordpress,

Please navigate to the Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Features admin page Enable the "WordPress Date/Time Format" option.

I have the same problem. I switched

Enable the "WordPress Date/Time Format" option. 

and it is still PM/AM.
