When a user reported a wpForo post, we only getting a Email but I won't look all the time, so I want it automatically in backend under "moderation" and invisible till my release. How can I archieve that?

PS: I don't want to moderate every posting or the fist x postings via spam control, only the reported ones.

We're sorry, but wpForo doesn't have such a feature. However I've asked the developers to add this feature in the near future versions.
