Hello,

When updating to v2 I stupidly deleted a forum from our site (football language for learners of English). I contacted my host and they said that it should be okay but they didn't know the name of the database and to contact the plug in team to find out what it might be. So I wonder if you have any ideas?

Thank you in advance.

Damian

Your database name is in wp-config.php, if this is what you ask.

@robert, this small issue with the widget can it be fixed? I have seen it in many topics. Some
stray "/p".

@robert Thank you for this. These forums that you can see now were not deleted - I am still looking for another forum (which of course had quite a lot of posts in it!)

I will keep looking but am not really sure where I might find it.

@languagecaster is your site being backed up on a daily basis? If the answer is yes, then you may look for the deleted data on those backups, however since your forum has been active and more data has been added since the deletion you will not just be able to restore the full databases.

You'll need some professional help to restore "just" the pieces of data belonging to the deleted forum. Ask your host, maybe they keep backups of your data if you don't.
