Not related to your question but i see two issues on your wpforo site.

Caching MUST be disabled for wpforo and also you have two base pages/urls for wpForo.

community & community-2 and that is wrong. community is the correct one.

@dimalifragis Thank you for looking at this.

  1. I am not sure how to cache but will check
  2. Do I just rename the community-2 one to community? Do I have to add a redirect?

Read here about caching:

https://wpforo.com/community/faq/wpforo-and-cache-plugins/

You do not need to rename or redirect anything. Just delete community-2 page and replace anywhere you had it, with "community".

@dimalifragis Hello again,

I think I did what you recommended with the community page and then disabled the cache but since then we have had no visitors to the forum. Yesterday a forum member wrote to say that they could not access the forum so am wondering what I have done wrong?

Thanks

Damian

@languagecaster,

Navigate to Dashboard > Pages, Find Forum page, check that [wpforo] shortcode is in the page content. And check the Slug, it should be community as well.

@chris Thank you! I simply deleted the 'community' page and added the forum shortcode to a new one (called 'forum') and then added a redirection.

Thank you!

Hi @languagecaster,

wpForo doesn't have quiz for the forum, but you can try other plugins which may do the work, I'm familiar to any of quiz plugins. I can't recommend you any of them, you need to try them yourself.
