It seems as though pasting hyperlinks into a WPForo topic is problematic. From my experience, the only way to clean up the hyperlink is to select it, then click the Remove Link icon in the formatting toolbar. Magically, the hyperlink gets restored on save. Two questions:
1) Is this the best way to handle pasted hyperlinks?
2) Can anything be done in the editor to solve the problem?

What "problematic" exactly means?
Let's see an example pasted here:
https://gvectors.com/product-category/wpforo/
This is pasted at first as text and then automatically turned into a hyperlink.
Maybe you explain better the problem and maybe paste something here so we can see the issue.
