Hi, i am unable to add topics to wpforo forum either from the backend or the frontend i tried everything i have the forum on a subdomain http://newforums.theselwoodsolutions.com/ please assist i have been racking my brain all night seeking for a solutions

you can't add a new topic because you can't enter in any forum. When I click on a forum link it refresh and doesn't go to forum page. This problem comes from your home page configuration. Please make sure you did correctly all steps described here: https://wpforo.com/community/faq/how-to-load-forum-on-home-page/
Also make sure "Turn WordPress to wpForo" option is disabled in Dashboard > Forums > Settings admin page:
Problem is fixed. We just logged in and configured all. It works now, you can check it.
Please don't set the Forum page as a home page. You should create a new Home Page, then put [wpforo] shortcode in this page and save. Then this page should be set as Front Page in Dashboard > Settings > Reading admin page:
Now you have two forum pages. First is the original Forum (/community/) page, second is the Home Page (home-page) which is set as Front Page. Please don't delete any of these pages.
