Hi, i have a problem with my forum (bresciaesports.it/forum). If i visit the forum as a guest i can enter inside all the sections, but when i'm a user and try to visit one section, the forum loading but can't enter.
What could be the problem? something wrong with the creations of the forum or something else?

Hi dilu93,

The issue is related to TinyMCE, that is not defined. Please deactivate all Optimizer and Minifier plugins, delete all cache and test it again.

Make sure "Disable the visual editor when writing" option is not enabled for the current user (this option is located in Dashboard > Users > Your profile admin page).

I suggest you watch this video instruction this can help you to solve your issue.

Thank you for your help, but i can't understand the first part, which plugin i have to deactivate?
I think i don't have neither optimizer or minifier plugins, these are my plugins : contact form 7, disable comments, display php version, layerslider wp, mikado core, mikado twitter feed, minimal coming soon & mainteneance mode, photo book gallery, php compatibility checker, wp bakery visual and composer   and wpforo
Sorry about that and thanks again for the help

Please delete all caches, and disable all features of  W3 Total Cache plugin. This maybe a cache conflict.

If it doesn't help, disable all other plugins, press Ctrl+F5 on forum front and test it again.

I've delete all caches from w3 and than i disable it but didn't work, after that i disable all my plugins (eccept wpforo) but didn't work too. i try to update all my plugins but for two it comes an error ( update package not available ). one of that is wp bakery virtual composer but i don't know if it's important...
What can i do now?

You can start by TOTALLY remove and delete the [--moderated--] W3 Total cache. I'm shocked that people use that useless monster plugin in 2018, that only creates problems instead of solving them.

You have no need for it, checking your site i can verify that.

Then i see some Aruba-proxy as web server, so your problems could be hosting related.

Try to ENABLE WP Debug to a LOG and check the log for serious (fatal errors).
