I am trying to add WpForo plugin to my website http://cheaperasp.net but every time I install it, the installation interrupts in between and returns a blank page. I am not sure what is stopping it to installing on my site. My site is hosted on a shared hosting environment.
Please help.

It seems the server is already full or you don't have appropriate disk and database space. Also the server requirements may not pass to wpForo. please check it here:

Apparently some FATAL error happens. Blank pages (white screen of death) usually happens when a fatal error occurs.
Enable WP debug to a LOG and check.
Also since you are on a shared plan as you said, disable/remove that W3 total cache plugin crap. Not for shared plans, actually not for anything. If you must use caching (from your site i see you don't) use Comet Cache.
