After I update the last version, I saw I have an issue with the text editor.
I have a Horizontal scroll bar on the account page and on the new post page.
I found the code with the problem but I don't know where to change it.
the code is <html style="overflow-y: hidden;">
and it should be overflow: hidden OR overflow-x: hidden to work well.

This is not a code for customization. This is the HTML code of the text editor. So you cannot use that. Please register a simple user, leave that user login details and direct link to your forum, so we could login and see that horizontal scroll bar and provide with some CSS code to fix it.
BTW, that scrollbar is a result of CSS conflict with some plugin or with the active theme. You could find it and remove if you disable the one by one.
