@onurkansan you were told by @robert to fix your forum base URL, but you didn't.

This:

https://biansiklopedi.com/community/

has base url /community/

and this (for example):

https://biansiklopedi.com/Forum/kitap/kelebek-ozeti-henri-charriere/

has base url /Forum/

This is not gonna be resolved by itself, you will have to fix it (and do not use Capital 1st letters in urls).

More on this to help you out. Do the following to keep your indexed topics in search engines:

1. Change the "/Forum/" to "/forum/"

2. Find the "/community/" and change it to "/forum/"

@onurkansan,

Please register a simple user and leave user/password here so we could login and check the issue.

BTW, it would be better if you disable the right sidebar for the forum page. Just edit the forum page and search for an option to change page template to something like "No Sidebar" or "Full width" to remove the right empty space..

@robert I try but a new account is not created either. Maybe the problem is with the subscription part. login part also fails

I removed the right sidebar

Also, I changed the "forum" part to "forum". but my pages in google index are giving 404 warning. how do i fix this.

@onurkansan,

You can create it in Dashboard > Users > Add Users admin page. If it doesn't work either, then your issue is not related to wpForo. You should open a new support topic in WordPress support forum.

P.S. this could be problem of other plugin. I'd recommend disable all other plugins and check them one by one. Also, this could be the active theme issue, so you can switch it to a default theme if the plugin checking didn't help.

@onurkansan,

Change /forum/ to /community/  the forum base URL in Dashboard  >Forums > Settings > General Tab. Then delete all caches in Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard admin page. This doesn't have direct relation to your problems, but this is good for SEO.

@onurkansan,

Change /forum/ to /community/  the forum base URL in Dashboard  >Forums > Settings > General Tab. Then delete all caches in Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard admin page. This doesn't have direct relation to your problems, but this is good for SEO.

Doing that will deindex all his /forum/ topics. What he must do is the opposite. Change the community thing.

@onurkansan Don't delete anything. I'm sure wpForo support will help you on this.

@onurkansan,

Deleting forum threads? I don't see any point here. Just follow to my reply and let us login and check it: https://wpforo.com/community/how-to-and-troubleshooting-2/unable-to-add-new-topic/#post-56217
