@Robert Thanks for the lead... Below is what is in my HTAccess file. I deleted out the Cloudflare code and it literally broke the site. Since I added it back. Any ideas what could be in this file causing the issue just for Windows users?

I'd try to remove all lines and only leave the top section:

Also, please check the /wp-admin/ and /wp-content/ directories, do you see other .haccess files?
@robert I’ve resolved the issue. Please test out Load More Posts. The issue was at Cloudflare. I had Proxy enabled for the subdomain. Cloudflare is minifying JavaScript, html, and css for the main domain. That was the culprit. I’ve disabled proxy for the subdomain and it now works. It only impacted Windows for some odd reason. Please try and let me know.
