Hello! I can't seem to get the Members search function to work, even as the website and forum owner and admin. I have a soapbox video here of what I'm experiencing. Can you let me know how I can adjust my settings to get this to work? https://soapbox.wistia.com/videos/xHZ1qQOLVw

Hi BethAnne711,

Please make sure the display name field is active in Member Search Form. To find the user by the nickname, you don't need to use '@' symbol.

I'd also recommend to change the Member search type to "Filter" in Dashboard > Forums > Settings > members admin page.
