When using the forum navigation menu, nothing works, particular Register or Login.

I'm using the Forum page which was created and inserted the [wpforo] shortcode. For example, in the menu, when I click Register, it directs here:
https://historic-springfield-jax.com/sign-up/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fhistoric-springfield-jax.com%2F which just brings me back to the homepage.

@dminyard,

the [wpForo] shortcode should be set in Forum Page, as it is by Default, then you have to set the Forum on the Homepage from the Board settings, by enabling "Turn WordPress to this forum board" option.
