I see that we're supposed to contact the migration support team to work with migrations, but I'm not finding where to contact them. We're looking to move an existing forum from one of our sites to another.

wpForo doesn't have migration support team, gVectors has custom work team, the team also does custom migrations. You can contact them with sales[at]gvectors.com
wpForo also has go2wpforo migration tool with which you can do the migration yourself, but note that we do not support migrations done with this tool.
