Try to disable caching of /community/ in the cache plugin.

Works for me.

W3 Total Cache is somthing you should avoid (actually W3TC is an open invitation for troubles), especially within wpForo pages.

If you need W3TC caching plugin, please EXCLUDE at least the "community/*" pages.

Or better switch to the ONLY stable and reliable caching plugin, Comet Cache lite (or pro).

Cache issues? I switched to SiteGround as a host because they offer their own site optimization as part of the package and it's proven to be faster than any of the plugins I've tried, with no issues with wpForo.

I've just upgraded to 1.4.2, once I've done the DB update, the users appeared again.

Thank you

Apparently I was wrong,

It only fixed the users that were waiting, new users don't show .

I've sent you details in an Email
