Hi,
I have a few issues with this plugin...
We have it integrated with BuddyPress and when a reply to a Forum post it shows in the notifications but the title is blank.
Also every profile on the forum seems to change their Profile Picture when i the Admin change mine.
So whatever i change my Profile Pic to it changes everyone elses.
If anyone could help me out with these issues that would be great, Thanks
The same issue with Blank Titles was mentioned in this topic. And that was conflict with Wp-Ulike plugin. if you don't use this plugin, please deactivate other plugins and test again.

Where are you changing it (dashboard, forum profile, buddypress profile)?

Then this is not wpForo issue. You should contact to BuddyPress support team. Also this maybe you active theme issue. Try it on a fresh installation. In both cases all problem comes from other plugins or from the active theme. They cannot be fixed from wpForo side.
Any feedback on the first issue? How about the blank titles?
i disabled most of the plugins and no change unfortunately
There is no other solution for that, This is 100% plugin conflict and you should do more test and checks. There is no any problem from wpForo side. Make sure all plugins are disabled. And test it many time. This maybe cache issue and you don;t see the result. You can install a fresh WP/wpFoor/BP and see that it works fine. This also can be theme conflict, change the theme also and test it.
