Does anyone know if it would be possible to add Custom Fields on Posts or Topics?

I'm starting to use my forum more like a support ticket system and I'd like to track minutes spent and some other things on each Post or at least each Topic.

Ideally these Custom Fields could be set to editable or viewable by User Group.
