I've not asked to disable all caches. please enable those back, you should only disable the HTML Cache.

If you have cache plugins please disable those, or disable or other plugins and check it again/ All cache plugins should be disabled for forum page.

Do you have JS errors on front-end? Have you tried to disable all plugins and test it again?

No JS errors.

I disabled all plugins and the problem still persists.

To recap: the post count works - its the votes and answer counts that do not work. This leads me to believe it's a coding issue for the Q&A layout. You will see the NEWER posts with answers are not counted in statistics.
