reCAPTCHA language is based on the browser language, so if someone visit to your website form e.g. Russia, he/she will see Russian phrases because his/her browser will be in Russian language.

Yes i know that, i don't understand why i have english language instead of french, my browser is in my language french.

Found the problem, for info it is an issue with litespeed caching js optimisation settings.
