Is it possible to set up a forum so one user group can have usual read/write access, but another only has reply permissions?

Found it, Setting>Forum Accesses

Forum Icons: Forum contains no unread posts Forum contains unread posts

Topic Icons: Not Replied Replied Active Hot Sticky Unapproved Solved Private Closed
