Not exactly, I want to send you an email to all users, I think it will be best to take them out to an external mail manager

@franricht,

wpForo users are all WordPress Users, so such a plugin can be a right way to do that. Also, there is another way, with wpForo Private Messages you can send PM to all your Users By their Usergroups.
