Hello!

Is it possible to share userbase and forums in multisite for different domains?

I would like to have the same forums on ...

  • domain1.com
  • domain2.com

Also the userbase should be shared.

I did ask an AI and it answered, that there is a WPForo Multisite Add-on. But, I guess, that this is not true. I wished it was. Did you consider to offer an Add-on that features these possibilities? Is there any way to achieve this without coding?

Hi,

There is not an easy solution I can post here.

I recommend purchasing pro support and reaching out to the support team for customizations: https://wpforo.com/pro-support/#customization

Hello Sofy!

Thank you for your response and so I have some hope, that it could come reality. But, please understand, that I am so new to WPForo, that I just discovered it yesterday and I am in the phase of comparing it to other solutions and I have to find out, if the forum could meet my criteria.

I can tell you, that WPForo is a favourite at the moment, but I am not in the phase to purchase pro support. I would like to rather evaluate if this could be achieved and how would be the cost of customisation.

I am using BuddyPress and would like to have WPForo integration in the "Groups" of BuddyPress, too. So that's the second task, I am facing.

I already have BuddyPress working on several sites in my multisite network. The groups and the Userbase are shared, as I wish in my case. If I could use my favourite forum WPForo with this setup, it would be nice.

Is there anybody, I could talk to (write to) about this topic?

Hello Sofy,

I did use the contact form to ask for pro support and a quote. I misunderstood and thought I should pay first for a "pro support" and then I would get a quote. Sorry. Everything is fine!
