I hope you have no caching active on forums, because i see this rocket plugin.
Also when doing awhat doesn't work (or just logged in in the FORUMS), press F12 and see for ERRORS in your browser console. Are there any?

What you mention you see is not causing the issue, some visuall issue perhaps.

@dimalifragis Believe or not, the plugin ist deactivated ... maybe they leave the garbage there for marketing reasons ... but thanks a lot for caring, I am using the night to check every single plugin if it interferes with WPForo. In problem handling mode WPForo is as fast as here, so there is hope 😎

That can't happen, a disabled plugin can't do that. Good luck ...
