I have followed all recommendations in this helpful "How to stop spam" post: https://wpforo.com/community/faq/how-to-stop-spam/#post-39862.
Still, I get up to 20 spam registrations per day.
Settings-General-"Anyone can register" is unchecked, Akismet is enabled, Google reCAPTCHA is enabled, Anti-Spam by CleanTalk is active, New User Approve is installed (which is still a manual task).
Anything else I can do other than removing the forum completely?

What kind of spam are we talking about? Posts in the Forums? Spam profiles?
Your forums are somehow hidden, so we can't check.
