Hi, my member is not receiving email regarding subscribed forum or topic even though their is a notification they subscribe to a certain topic.

Please check if your hosting server can send emails. It seems like your SMTP server has not been correctly configured, and it may not be able to send emails to clients.
The new registered member is receiving the email to change their password but not the subscription to the forum topic.
We haven't encountered any issues with subscription email sending functionalities. Please try again, and make sure the newly created post is not private, its status has been approved, and it's not under moderation.
