I've noted few things in Question Answer layout and the same I'm highlighting below.
1. Singular digit with Plural text: I think it shouldn't be 0 Votes, 1 Votes, 0 Answers, 1 Answers, 0 Views, 1 Views, 0 Replies, 1 Replies
2.Remove extra margin or padding (Refer image)
3. Auto suggest list of already asked questions while typing question.
4. If possible add different color to vote up button and vote down button and also hover color.
5. Show view counts in question description below vote button or anywhere in the page. (User is forced to scroll down looking for answer box)

- This can be customized via CSS, the core design will not be changed.

- There is an option to enable / display Answer button by disabling the opened editor, the option name is "Q&A Layout - Display Answer Editor". You can find that option in Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Topics & Posts admin page. Just set it "NO" and you'll see Answer buttons on top and bottom.

Unknowingly, I just mixed up two questions in no 5. However, I got the right response about the Answer button but failed to highlight another. Let me add this too...
