This is a cache or website optimization/minification issue. Please make sure the forum page is excluded from your cache and optimizer plugins. Here is the instruction: https://wpforo.com/community/faq/wpforo-and-cache-plugins/
Also, make sure you don't have JavaScript Errors in browser console, press F12 and check the console tab:
Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET
there is a cache page in the exceptions
What about the cache and website optimization plugins? Do you have any?
These are not wpForo errors. You should find the error maker by disabling plugins one by one an checking the errors after each plugin deactivation.
The errors could come from the current active theme, so after checking all plugins I recommend temporary switch to other theme and check the errors again.
I have already disabled all plugins, it didn't help. now I will deal with the active theme. thanks
