Does it happen with all unapproved topics? Is this a topic specific issue?

I don't see any issue with topic table. Do you remove the topic user before deleting the topic?

I have done every test i could, i even disabled all plugins. Same problem.

More details:

1. It happens ALL the time in ALL UNAPPROVED topics (for moderation, in Moderation Menu). And only with Delete. If i approve, and then delete there is no warning. And NO i don't delete any user, before (or after ...).

2. While The Topic delete error shows, the topic IS deleted.

3. If i Delete the unapproved item from the FORUM TOPIC line (and not from admin dashboard) there is no error.

4. Happens in two wpforo installations i manage.

5. There is nothing strange or weird in my sites, no errors and i haven't touched any db myself.

If you need to see it in action, you are welcome.

(if there a way to have a more detailed error description from that problem ? I could add some code if needed).
