So on my forum, I would like users to register and then be approved by an admin before they can login. To do this, I'm using the plugin: New User Approve.

This plugin works exactly how I need it to when I test the registration from this link:  https://domain.com/wp-login.php?action=register. I receive all of the appropriate emails and am able to approve the user.

However, when I register from the actually forum at this link:  https://domain.com/forum/?wpforo=signup, I never receive any emails to approve the user.

Please let me know if there is anything I am missing or any settings that I can choose to fix this issue and get the emails sent through the forum registration.
