Some of my users are being kicked out at random, how can I keep them logged in ?
This is usually down to a cache plug in mate, if the refresh the page when it says they are logged out, it should say they are logged in again. Make sure any cache plug in you are using excluded the forum pages.
Alternatively, it may because of the time you set in: Forum, Setting, Members, Online status time out, and change that too 15 minutes at least.
But i think this is most likely a cache plug in issue 🙂

None of that applies, sadly - users can log in just fine - its KEEPING them logged in thats the issue.

Are you using any cache plugins at all mate? What you can do, is when a user says they are logged out again, have them press CTRL f5 on their keyboard to refresh the page. If it shows them as logged in, then its a cache issue 🙂

Nope not at all - WP-Member is active but I tried with and without it and same issue. I added some php to help but that didnt work either.

Its not a cache issue - no cache plug ins are loaded
@dmlphotography Sorry then mate, I only know how to fix basic issues really, when it gets too complex its best to leave it to the guys who actually know what they are doing lol.
