in advance I apologize for my doubts, only that I am new to the handling and use of this plugin.

I used to use simplemachinesforum before, but I want to give wordpress and wpforo a try

This is the post ID of each post, and it different for each post. For example, in this case, the post-id of your post is 44434. Screenshot below:
