I am working on a site where a notification is always shown on the dashboard see the screenshot https://prnt.sc/gh01ob
and it showed the same in last 3 weeks.
Any help would be great.

Click on this button, then navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Features admin page and set "Yes" the "Turn Off User Syncing Note" option.
