Hi,
we are building a bigger site and WPForo has been running stress-free for quite some time, i.e. several months. Out of the blue, the whole website suddenly can't be accessed from any device except my computer, which is crazy enough.
Everyone else gets an error message on a white page saying that the site has technical problems. If WPForo is deactivated, the problem disappears and the site can be accessed again.

I doubt this is a wpforo problem. Seems like a php, server, or hosting setup problem.
Why exactly do you believe this? Deactivating WPForo stops the problem.
But thank you for the indirect suggestion. On our site runs pHp 7.3. I've reset it back to 7.2, and what happened: The problem seems to have disappeared.
Further investigations are needed ...

Sorry for the late response.
This is not wpForo issue for sure. wpForo just uses session_start() function, so each plugin that uses this function will generate such issue.
This is a PHP version bug or probably some settings:
Found something similar on my site. wpForo with PHP 7.3 kills the site, whereas with PHP 7.2 it is fine. I get all these errors and cannot login or do anything. I have disabled all caching and wpForo doesn't manage any of the login or registration pages.
