AI itself is a resource-intensive technology, so it cannot be completely free. We will certainly provide generous free credits, but professional usage will require a very small payment.
Free solutions are usually low-quality or come with frustrating limitations such as "requests per minute", "requests per day" or "tokens per request". As I mentioned earlier, it's better to pay a small amount than rely on restricted free solutions for your forum community:

@reitonas I am waiting on my request to get in touch with the wpForo team, and I hope to incorporate my FREE AI moderation plugin into their ecosystem too. Yes mine will be free, with some affordable no subscription $ premium features.
As for my request, let's really hope they can do that soon. It is causing my a lot of anxiety. I am anxiously anticipating to hear back. I remember a post from 9 months ago that said they didn't have anything like that in works, but apparently it has been "for quite sometime". I grinded for 3 months on this though, I wonder how much work they got done on their end in the same time. Let's hope they can incorporate my moderation plugin into the features they recently started creating. It was a lot of work on my end.
The plugin I have can be expanded to include more features such a metrics and so forth...
I have no intention to cause business conflict, and this announcement was unexpected. I am even willing to split revenue if I can provide the plugin through them here. Would be hurtful to me if this was an extraordinary waste of time, effort, money and potential income from my efforts.

We only started developing AI solutions two months ago, and we had no plans for this nine months ago. So please don't blame us for the time you spent, it's not fair to be upset with the product developers who are simply improving their product.
It's impossible for us to personally follow up with tens of thousands of users and notify everyone about each new feature. Please don't misunderstand us, our only goal is to make the wpForo better.
Regarding business conflict: if someone builds the same solution and wants to monetize it, that naturally becomes a business matter. However, we do not restrict anyone from making money using wpForo it is a free platform and people are free to build on top of it, currently there are more than 20 developers who will provide AI solutions and products for wpForo once the wpForo 3 is released you're not alone.
We receive dozens of emails every day from developers who have built integrations or add-ons for wpForo, there are AI related as well. Believe me, you are not the only person who has created an AI solution, even large companies have already done so and they wait for the wpForo 3.0 release. None of them have complained that we created our own AI features.

Do you have any idea of pricing at all?
I don't have any information yet. It depends on the gVectors Team's negotiations with AWS. The main part of the pricing depends on AWS service costs, which are currently under negotiation.
From our side, almost all AI features could be free if we didn't have to pay for AI infrastructure and service providers to ensure high quality, strong security, user privacy, and compliance with data protection regulations.
