I'm currently building a site for a photographic club using WPForo and intend to use the Advanced Attachments add-on. Ideally I would like to extract the exif data from photos and have it display in the lightroom rendition of the image - is that even possible? or any alternative ideas?

I'm sorry but we don't have any solution for this. This requires custom codding and this should be in a separate plugin. wpForo core and the Advanced Attachment addon has all necessary hooks to display exif information on posts, so I think there should not be any issue.
Thanks for the reply, I suspected that might be the case. Are you saying you'll develop a separate plugin? I don't mind paying 😉
Alternatively, I may be able to automatically extract exif data and put it into the image caption field. Can the wpForo and Advanced Attachment combo display that?
