I'm sorry, but I didn't follow you. This is "<?php wpforo_member_tabs() ?>" not a file, this is a code. The profile tabs are located in the profile page https://wpforo.com/community/profile/dukalis/

You can unsubscribe from any content in your profile page > Subscription Tab.
