I don't see a reply with a video or not to have anything to do with emails out (smtp). It is the same notification. But emails out could slow you do...

Nothing wrong with the script (wpForo). Apparently something to do with your WP, some plugin, or this W3TC you use in all pages. W3TC object caching...

Nothing just resolves by itself. If you use a CDN, it comes from that. Maybe some https: is missing somwhere. Or it is a server setup error.
