OK I've edited the wp-config and added those lines.

Only wpforo enabled I just looked in Forum tools/ and click on the applet for database tables and its states no problems found.

Looking at plugins, all the wpforo addon plugins are deactivated.

The really sad thing is, the frontend and all my ultimate member integration is working, its just topics are not loading
