Something wrong with your website, it doesn't send any email. We couldn't even register. There is no user registration confirmation email and there is no password reset email. Please disable all plugins you use and only leave wpForo. Also please leave some information about your hosting service.
That, actually, was another problem we were having, as every time someone was added to the user list, the website initially send out emails to everyone. We didn't want that. So, the email notification was temporarily shut down.
Hostmonster is the webhost.
As far as I see this is a permission configuration issue. We've just registered and doesn't have any permission. We even can't see forums and statistics. You've done a wrong configuration of Usergroups and Forum Accesses. To fix all those I have to write here a whole documentation so I'd better check all those myself in your dashboard if you send admin login details to support[at]gvectors.com email address.
