I would stay away from that specific plugin, it causes only issues.
Try WP SuperCache or Fastest Cache.

@heducate Just exclude ONE page, the one with the [ wpforo ] shortcode.
I dont think that works, because page caching works based on URLs, you must exclude all child URLs
