[Solved] New users cannot attach files in topics and comments

Hello community.

I have installed the wpForo Advanced Attachments plugin, but nevertheless recently registered users cannot attach files to the publications and on the other hand, slightly older users can.

How do I fix this so that newly registered users can attach files to posts?
