A while ago many oif us here were having a particular guy sing up spam accounts to all of our forums.
Usually by the name of FIshpal enen.d.soso or something like this.
I banned his IP, and it stopped. There is a thread on here some where giving the IP adress of the guy.
But, it has started again. The fish is back, has anyone else noticed? Does anyone have his new ip?

I had this guy (slightly different name) all over my place but since installed Anti Spam by CleanTalk (free version) problem is gone
We use reCAPTCHA + Akismet + Anti Spam by CleanTalk (paid). This trio stops 99% of spam. Only human spam can post a topic in our forum. Maximum 1-2 spam post per day, and all those topics and posts become unapproved automatically, so nobody sees their spam topics. We remove them (delete user with all content) manually.
