When sorting the user list by the last login date, pagination instability occurs. If there are users who have never logged in, the sorting order becomes undefined, causing some users to appear multiple times while others may not appear at all.

Thank you.
But in my case, all the users are "active."
Some of them have never logged in.
As a premise, all the members were registered by the admin.
I can see that their online_time is displayed as a "-" (hyphen) in the member list on the admin dashboard.
