Good everyone. I am new to wpforo. I recently turned my WordPress to wpforo. I noticed what I assume might be an error. In frontend my members count is 5 but in back it is 10. What is the cause of this and how do I solve it?
This must be totally removed (since you only have a forum and nothing else):

Make sure all users are active. wpForo doesn't show inactive users.
Go to Dashboard > Forums > Members admin page and check the Active | Inactive | Banned sub-tabs
they have to set their profile password with the confirmation email or reset password option.
