I am testing banning and un-banning a member.
The un-banned user can not view forum even though they have been un-banned. They do not see a message that says user has been banned. They are just redirected back to site homepage.
I manually synched all members.
What could be causing this issue?
I can't provide URL as I am testing in stage environment.

I have never faced with such an issue, need to check in your website.
@chris Thank you for your response. This issue does not seem to be happening with newly created users. I will do further testing and reply to you with login if needed. Thank you.
