So when someone registers to my page and they are emailed the URL to set a password its just reverting them back to the login page again, unsure why this is as it wasn't doing this before and I haven't changed any settings or anything. Has anyone encountered this before? If so how did you resolve please?

Not sure if this is the solution but check to make sure they are not changed to inactive from active. Something like this just happened to a user on my site and I had to reactivate them.
