How do I add fields like first name, last name and company name to the registration page? Does this require custom code?

I'm sorry but wpForo doesn't have such feature.
Currently some members of our team work on wpForo Profile Custom Fields addon, it may be available at the beginning of next month.
Not yet. Probably next month.
