Will be perfect if “user name” automatically add in alt attribute avatar image.

This issue is only related to Gravatar, because the gravatars are generated by WordPress, wpForo doesn't have control over that. As far as I see, Gravatar and WordPress don't care about the alt attribute.
If you upload a custom image as avatar in the forum profile page, wpForo will care about that image and put alt attribute. Here is an example:

That's not an option that you could change it.
The alt won't be added with Gravatar. However, it works with custom avatars. We will add this to our to-do list, and it will be available in the next release.
