1. Please navigate to wpForo > Overview admin page and click the [Hard Flush Permalinks] button
2. Then exclude all wpForo pages from your cache plugins, please find the cache plugin in the list and do the instruction: https://wpforo.com/community/faq/wpforo-and-cache-plugins/
